+ Free ShippingThe Mojo Picón Olive belongs to the verdial variety. In Aceitunas El Cortijo we wanted to keep the traditional Canarian Mojo Picón recipe. Which is why the dressing of our Olives, apart from containing a base of water, white wine vinegar and salt, we have also added:
- Garlic.
- Hor chillies.
- Cumin.
- Sweet pepper.
- Hot pepper.
- Extra virgin olive oil.
These high-quality ingredients give the verdial olives a slightly spicy and irresistible flavour. The Mojo Picón Olives shine on their own, so we recommend that it is served as a starter or a bite. However, due to this olive’s great versatility, it could also be consumed as the accompaniment of a Vermouth.
