On the other hand, the user, registered on the website and whose purpose is to be a consumer and/or user of it and/or to hire the products or services of Aceitunas El Cortijo. The consumer and/or user is responsible for the data provided to Aceitunas El Cortijo and, therefore, is liable for the accuracy of the data provided on this website.
The prices published on the online store aceitunaselcortijo.com are in Euros. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale on the online store aceitunaselcortijo.com.
Offers on products for sale on the online store aceitunaselcortijo.com will be shown in the “Offers” section or will be indicated on the product page and, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid while they are displayed on the screen.

The Object of the Contract

POLÍTICA DE ENVÍOS Y DEVOLUCIONES
The delivery time varies from 1 to 3 working days depending on the day of the week the purchase was made, as deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday. All our items are shipped via express courier.
Orders are prepared as soon as payment has been confirmed and within the following schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders received outside of these hours will be prepared on the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
- Purchase receipts will be sent to the email address provided by the customer in their registration on the online store aceitunaselcortijo.com and can also be consulted in the customer’s registration account created on the online store aceitunaselcortijo.com.
- There will be no dispatch or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Delivery will be made punctually under the responsibility of the carrier.

Claims for Undelivered Orders
The consumer and/or user, after receiving an email that their order has been shipped, if after a reasonable period they have not received the product, can contact aceitunaselcortijo.com through the telephone +34 690 20 24 42 (also WhatsApp) from the WEB PAGE, using the contact form or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org to clarify the cause of the delay.
Once the claim has been received, aceitunaselcortijo.com will contact the consumer and/or user in order to explain what happened and reach an agreement on the matter.
In the event that aceitunaselcortijo.com does not have availability of the contracted goods, the consumer and/or user will be informed of that unavailability and will receive from aceitunaselcortijo.com the amounts paid as soon as possible.
If, once the purchase has been made, an order that has not yet been dispatched is to be cancelled, it can be done so, provided that it is indicated by means of the contact form established for this purpose in the “contacts” section or in writing to the email address email@example.com, the customer service form, or by phone to the number +34 690 20 24 42, indicating the order number to be cancelled.
The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 natural days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost except for the shipping costs, which will be borne by the consumer and/or user.
The following exceptions (among others) are established in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are:
- c) The supply of goods made to the consumer’s and/or user’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- f) The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that the user used for the purchase.
The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received, i.e. in perfect condition and of course, it cannot be damaged, hit or have clear evidence of use that prevents the sale of the same product again. To send it back, it must be packaged appropriately to protect it during transit.
Allergies and food intolerances

The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and with waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
Aceitunaselcortijo.com will not be responsible for any damages that the product may suffer during transport and/or once it has reached its destination.
