All our products are truly inspected, your order is confirmed, and your request is reviewed before dispatch. We guarantee your satisfaction.
The delivery time varies from 1 to 3 working days depending on the day of the week the purchase was made, as deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday. All our items are shipped via express courier.
Orders are prepared as soon as payment has been confirmed and within the following schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders received outside of these hours will be prepared on the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
- Purchase receipts will be sent to the email address provided by the customer in their registration on the online store aceitunaselcortijo.com and can also be consulted in the customer’s registration account created on the online store aceitunaselcortijo.com.
There will be no dispatch or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Delivery will be made punctually under the responsibility of the carrier.
- An order is considered delivered at the moment the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer, and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.
The shipping price varies depending on the destination. For orders over €50, shipping is free in the peninsula.

Claims for Undelivered Orders
The consumer and/or user, after receiving an email that their order has been shipped, if after a reasonable period they have not received the product, can contact aceitunaselcortijo.com through the telephone +34 690 20 24 42 (also WhatsApp) from the WEB PAGE, using the contact form or by email: email@example.com to clarify the cause of the delay.
Once the claim has been received, aceitunaselcortijo.com will contact the consumer and/or user in order to explain what happened and reach an agreement on the matter.
In the event that aceitunaselcortijo.com does not have availability of the contracted goods, the consumer and/or user will be informed of that unavailability and will receive from aceitunaselcortijo.com the amounts paid as soon as possible.
If, once the purchase has been made, an order that has not yet been dispatched is to be cancelled, it can be done so, provided that it is indicated by means of the contact form established for this purpose in the “contacts” section or in writing to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, the customer service form, or by phone to the number +34 690 20 24 42, indicating the order number to be cancelled.
The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 natural days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost except for the shipping costs, which will be borne by the consumer and/or user.
The following exceptions (among others) are established in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are:
- c) The supply of goods made to the consumer’s and/or user’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- f) The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that the user used for the purchase.
The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received, i.e. in perfect condition and of course, it cannot be damaged, hit or have clear evidence of use that prevents the sale of the same product again. To send it back, it must be packaged appropriately to protect it during transit.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days. To do so, they will fill out the form established for this purpose in the “Contact” section or make another unequivocal statement indicating their decision to withdraw from the sales contract.
