The delivery time can go from 1 to 3 working days depending on the day of the week the purchase was made since deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday. All our articles are sent by express courier.
The orders are prepared one the payment has been confirmed and in the following schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 h. The orders received outside this schedule will be prepared on the next working day. Shippings are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
- The acquired products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
- The purchase tickets will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during the registration in the online store: aceitunaselcortijo.com and they can also be viewed in the account made by the customer in the online store: aceitunaselcortijo.com.
- On Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays there will be no dispatch and delivery of any orders.
- The delivery will be made on time under the responsibility of the carrier.
- An order is considered delivered once the carrier delivers the package, or packages and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.
- The shipment price varies according to the destination, for orders over 50€ the shipping cost is free.
Claim for undelivered orders
The consumer and/or user, upon receiving an email notifying that their order has been sent, if after a reasonable period of time they do not receive the product, they can contact aceitunaselcortijo.com by phone +34 690 20 24 42 (also WhatsApp) via Website by the contact form or by email: email@example.com to clarify the cause of the delay.
Once the claim is obtained, aceitunaselcortijo.com will contact the consumer and/or user to explain what happened and reach an agreement.
In the last case that aceitunaselcortijo.com has no availability on the contracted good, the consumer and/or user will be notified of this lack of availability and will receive the amounts paid by aceitunaselcortijo.com in the shortest time possible.
If once the purchase is made you wish to cancel an order that hasn’t been dispatched yet, it can be done as long as you indicate it through the contact form established for this purpose in the “Contact” section or through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, customer’s service form or else by phone +34 690 20 24 42 indicating the order number that you wish to cancel.
The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without indicating the reason and without incurring in any costs except the shipment-related costs that will be assumed by the consumer and/or user.
The following exceptions are established (among others) in the exercise of the right of withdrawal that is expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are:
- c) The supply of goods made according to the consumer and/or user’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- d) The supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
- e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
- f) The supply of goods that after delivery, and taking into account their nature, have been inseparable mixed with other goods.
The refund of the full amount will be made through the same payment method used by the user when making the purchase.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, that is, in perfect condition and of course, it can’t be damaged, beaten or with reliable evidence of use that prevents the sale of the same product again. To ship it, it must be done in an appropriate packaging that can protect it during the journey.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days. To do this, they will fill in the form established for this purpose in the “Contact” section on the website or make another type of unequivocal statement in which they indicate their decision to withdraw from the sales contract.
