The Gordal Olives stuffed with Jalapeños are the spiciest product in our inventory. It consists of a soft and delicious pitless Gordal olive stuffed with diced green jalapeños. Additionally, in Aceitunas El Cortijo, we add sliced red pepper. Like all of our Gourmet Products, they are made by hand and one by one.
This olive finds its audience in those who love the spice and people who can stand spicy food. Without a doubt, it is an excellent product for its balance between the softness of the olive and the spice of the jalapeño.

As their name implies, these olives come from the Aragonese front and the west of Catalonia. Similarly to the Murcian Cuquillo Olive, their main characteristic is their small size.
